Project Status:
The Oregon
Department of Transportation (ODOT) and Port staff prepared
a mini-Request for Proposal for engineering services and
project oversight. The mini RFP was prepared based on six
prequalified engineering firms through ODOT. Bid documents
were prepared for final submittal due on April 28, 2008.
Two engineering firms participated in the mandatory walk
through of the site that was conducted on April 16, 2008.
The Port received one proposal for the RFP. The Port and
ODOT will have 90 days to review the bid document for
acceptance or and then the decision for the construction bid
process can move forward at that time.
